These terms govern your use of the My World app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app is
My World is a calm companion for a parent or caregiver and a young child, offering meal plans, play ideas and animals. It is a support for family time and is not medical, nutritional, or developmental advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your child's care, diet, and safety.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own family use, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.
Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Some features require a paid subscription. The price and billing period are shown on the subscription screen inside the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. Plans may start with a free trial offered through Apple; if so, the trial length and the price after it are shown before you confirm, and there is no charge on the day you start a trial.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings under your Apple ID, in the Subscriptions section. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Payments, refunds, and renewals are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. Refund requests are made to Apple, not to us.
Your data
The app keeps your information on your own device and sends nothing to us. How this works is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful, personal family purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the app or any related service.
No warranty and limit of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app develops. If a change is significant, we will make it clear in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
